Best coffee & bfast on shore!! -- E.Bloom, 2025-08-22 ### *---- "Forced to Mobile Pay" This app is easy to use and overall good for mobile ordering but my biggest complaint is that it operates similarly to Starbucks in that it requires you to have a “mobile balance” of a gift card and does not let you use your own form of payment to pay. It requires you to buy a gift card and use that balance to purchase which I find shady and not something I expect from a smaller business like this. Very disappointing and I hope this is something that they update in the future. -- Slideout259, 2025-05-22 ### **--- "Can’t pay with credit card" The app is great but I hate that I can’t just pay using my credit card and they instead force me to use their store card. I do not want to load their store card with $25-$30 just to buy a single $4 coffee. The point is obviously to trap me and make me obligated to spend more there than I otherwise would. And at that point I’d rather just order online -- jambambert, 2025-04-11 ### *---- "Apple only" Doesnt work for android phones. Won’t even allow to be downloaded. -- Irishmomof3, 2025-03-12 ### *---- "Predatory Checkout Process" Won’t allow you to purchase the exact order total with your credit card. Instead forces you to buy a 25, 50, 100 card so you always have a balance that you can’t spend. Often glitches when trying to select the store location. -- TravDude03, 2024-12-23 ### ***** "Rise Up Rocks" Love Rise up and the App is awesome for ordering ahead -- Sketchy-steve, 2024-11-16 ### **--- "App is great, service is not" The app is easy to use & has some great features, but ordering ahead is useless if the baristas aren’t updating the status of your order. I never know if my coffee is ready or not since the status never changes past “order preparing”, even when the timer counts all the way down to 0 minutes. I was hoping this app would eliminate the uncertainty of online orders, as in the past they seem to have no rhyme or reason to their timing & can take 5 to over 30 minutes to prepare, but even with a great app it’s still anyone’s guess when your order will be ready. -- ChelseaS Boy Mom, 2024-09-20 ### ***** "finally!" looooove this app! only improvement would be if you could add a gift card! -- coraldoggie, 2024-09-16 [View all Rise Up Coffee reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
