Even though I deleted all items in my watch list listed on my Ritchie Brothers web portal account, the items remained on my app watch list. 

This created a problem when trying to add items to my watch list so I could bid in them at the time of an upcoming auction since there is a limit in the number of items you can have in your watch list. 

I spoke to support twice and they are not able to resolve the problem, even by deleting and reinstalling the app. 

Support has no clue how to resolve the issue. I can no longer bid for items using the app, making it useless.
