Useless

What’s the point of this app? Never any rewards or shop & earn.

Wish it worked but…

I honestly don’t know why I bother using this. Member prices don’t apply when using scanning it instore, it doesn’t update me with any special deals, and there aren’t ever any offers or rewards 🤷🏻‍♂️

Apple Watch

The Ritchies Card appears on my Apple Watch but it cannot be used. It is lacking a barcode. Can you fix it? There are times I do not have my iPhone with me and using my Apple Watch would be great. Credit and debit card payment methods on Apple Watch work without the iPhone.

Unable to Scan

This new card doesn’t seem to scan on self-serve checkouts; either through the app or when the card is added to  wallet.

Useless

App won’t scan and welcome reward nothing but a joke and usually more expensive than other local supermarkets.

Useless for me

App won’t scan at the self checkout, I never buy enough to get the $10 discount

Bug very promptly fixed

I messaged Ritchies about a little bug with the new app when trying to add my Ritchies card to my Apple Wallet. One week later and the bug has been squashed. Outstanding!

Poor app doesn’t work

App won’t work, can’t create an account won’t send verification email. Very bad experience as usual with ritchies, and know bad app update have to start from scratch

Cannot register my card

Tried several ways, there is no way I can choose who I want my benefit to go to?

New app verification expiry is useless

Havng to verify the account via email is ok but the verification code expires TOO QUICKLY attempts to send a new verify code to email does not work
