Answer My Questos!!👎

Every time I try to get on with Rite Aid it takes all my information. It takes my money when I need to pay but when I try to get in to find out about my medication‘s, it tells me that I am not a registered customer at Rite Aid. So I am definitely confused, I keep track of my medication‘s through the online applications, it used to work beautifully. What happened now I have to redo everything all the time name, phone number birthday, etc. etc. but I don’t exist. Can someone check this out and see if it’s working for Apple phones, thank youit would be highly appreciated.

Please keep this store open . its the only one we have. I Love This store.

Fixed. Version released today 5/23 has fixed the crashing problem. Latest version crashes hard on an iPad Air. OK on an iPhone. Was fine before updating. Please fix.

Ok what’s going on. Have reinstalled it several times this week on my iPad and it still keeps crashing the second I launch it. Please advise.

App quit functioning after IOS upgrade to 17. Works on my android still. Have updated, uninstalled then reinstalled but same non function. Tried the App developer contact but why would any sane person put in that much personal info just to get help on their app.

It starts to open and stops. Making me have to use the phone version(android). That works. Please fix the app. The update does nothing to fix. Will not open. Worthless app. Restarted my iPad,uninstalled the app nothing works.

As I said Rite Aid app keeps crashing when ever I try and open it. It’s been like this for weeks now 👎

Rite Aid is being sold, so there is no priority To fix the app

No longer loads on my iPad. It opens up then closes immediately. So it’s useless now.
