Customise nearly every factor: from PR tracking method to which modules and calculators you use, Ritual adapts to how you train. TRAINING: Build unlimited workouts and folders. Track weight, reps, rest, and notes. Full workout history with volume trends and progression charts. Choose between Volume based or One Rep Max based PR tracking. TRAINING PLANS: Generate a personalised plan around your goals. Every week has direction, every session has a purpose. CARDIO: GPS route tracking with live pace, speed maps, and cardio replay. Log runs, cycles, swims, and more. Full session history with splits. RITUAL CIRCUITS: Live global races for running and cycling. Compete with up to 12 users in real time from anywhere in the world. Track positions live, push for leaderboard placement, and race across multiple circuit types and distances. RECOVERY: A 0-100 recovery score built from your workouts, cardio, hydration, and sleep. Use meditation, breath work, stretching, foam rolling, and rest days to bounce back faster. Choose guided or unguided breath work with soundscapes or silence, and follow along with Live Activities for every recovery session. CALENDAR: Plan up to a year ahead and review your training history month by month, with clear stats on completed sessions, rest days, and adherence. SLEEP: Set a target bedtime.
