## Ritual Description
Ritual brings people together with the best takeout spots near their work or home. We connect you with those local gems, the hot new restaurants, and your favorite chains. We believe it’s those real world connections — when the barista knows your name, the chef knows just how you like your order, or being greeted like a regular from your very first visit — that make communities, and the people and places in them, thrive.

Everyday Savings you can see.
Save everyday with Ritual’s MenuIQ, the first and only in-app price comparison feature for ordering ahead. We compare online prices across delivery apps and restaurant websites to help you save.

Order ahead and ditch the wait.
No more waiting in line to order, or killing time while your meal is being prepped. We’ll notify you exactly when it’s time to go pick up your food — so you get your latte, salad, taco, burrito, sushi, burger, pizza, poke or pad thai at its freshest.

Menu options? Oh, we have them.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. Choose from hundreds of restaurants near you, and thousands of menu options. Search by cuisine style or restaurant proximity. Quickly reorder your faves or discover new places. Easily customize your orders too. Whatever you’re in the mood for, find it in the app.

Be the office hero.
Doing a lunch or coffee run? Get your coworkers in on it. With Piggyback, it’s easy to create work teams and place group orders. No more counting back change, or figuring out who’s paid. Earn bonus points when you pick up, plus get in some daily steps!

Enjoy easy and secure payment.
Thousands of local spots, one quick and easy way to pay. Save your personal or company credit card in the app, and pay with a tap. Your data is encrypted, so we and the restaurant never see your number. Plus, your card or cash stays in your wallet, for safe, contact-free payments and pick ups.

Reward employees with Ritual for Companies.
Our corporate teams program makes it easy to reward employees through credits, meal plans, and other perks. Create employee meal plans that work with your team’s size & budget, and support your favorite restaurants through targeted incentives. Our user-friendly portal makes office ordering quick and easy, whether your team is 10 or 100+.

## Ritual Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Incredibly dishonest"
What an incredibly dishonest company.

Ritual advertises “savings,” but they’re misleading. The app compares prices to other delivery services, not the actual restaurant prices, making it seem like you’re saving more than you actually are. Doing this all while hiding your own service fees under a submenu……
-- 4hmad5, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Lies-service fees applied"
I used to love Ritual but this app is misrepresents by claiming no fees but applies at checkout; inflates the prices products; and has promotional codes that don’t work. Very disappointing.
-- Full of BSSSS, 2024-10-19

### *---- "Soo many missed orders and overcharges"
Amount of time this app wasted and number of times the menu price here is way more than the restaurant should be illegal
-- Jbeinternational, 2024-10-11

### *---- "it’s just not worth the frustration and the financial risk"
I had a terrible experience ordering through this app. Not only did I lose money, but there was absolutely no customer service available to help me resolve the issue. I felt completely unsupported throughout the entire process. I strongly advise against using this app for ordering anything—it’s just not worth the frustration and the financial risk.

### ***** "Mast Makes The Best Chai Latte"
Best Chai Latte in the city hands down! And that’s coming from a South Asian woman.
-- Whouareami who u, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Points expire without notice"
Beware !
-- steverthegeever, 2024-08-20

### *---- "Trash app"
Points expired, deleted the app
-- ftbftbftbftb, 2024-08-13

### *---- "Disappointed"
Terrible unbelievable stay away to save yourself a headache just trust me. Unacceptable dinner ruined. Wife unhappy. Not good
-- The hungriest one, 2024-07-27

### ***** "Best food app"
Best food app in Toronto. Fairest prices and quick and painless pickups. No awkward interactions being asked for a tip by debit machines at checkout. And the rewards (for restaurants that support it) are actually decent! Definitely creates loyalty to the few restaurants I'm collecting stamps for
-- L3mur11, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Discount didn’t work"
Was supposed to get a $10 credit with my first order but didn’t show up when I downloaded the app.
