By far one of the best Resorts/hotel you will ever stay at. If you like to be pampered with great service the the RIU is the place to go.

Glitches

4 Riu stays in 14 months. App has only fully worked at one hotel. Constant error messages, bookings in the app aren’t there the next day, always having to request to restore, inaccurate (eg at the hotel but claiming not yet checked in), unable to access hotel restaurant bookings, not good.

I find the RIU App easy to navigate and very beneficial when travelling or making travel plans.

Great App

Easy to search Riu hotels and resorts. All the information you need to pick your next vacation. Check in on line see all the hotel amenities. Truly a great app.
