Unable to use for anything especially restaurant reservations.

Love the app except for one thing. When you go in to view the restaurant menus there is no way to get back to main page of app without exiting the app completely. Love the ability to send requests to housekeeping through the app and have a response there. Front desk not responsive in there but could be staff and not app. Great place to get info on activities and the resort. Just need that restaurant menu glitch fixed and add a back to main option.

Here last month it worked fine. This week, today, cannot get it to close now t it just spins. Notified office, they could do nothing: and I can do nothing as everything is through the app. It is slick and fast when the app works-no coffee or water in room this morning, called front desk and still waiting :the app would have had it here quickly. And no la carts-all gone by the time I get there. It is sweet when it works but you feel helpless when it doesn’t. Btw-deleted and reinstalled app several times, turned phone on. And off several times. Frustrating.

So I was at the concert with some people and this lady left money on the stage a few mins later a five dollar bill flew off the stage I went to get it and put it in the stage but this lady gave me a bad look like I was stealing it and snatched it like I was stealing a vault key or something but the resort was great but room 1257 there is problems with the door and the card won’t work.

This app has LOTS of good info but it is difficult to access at the resort (Riu Vallarta) I was only able to access it 10-15% of the time.

For such a huge hotel chain, you should have a better app with less bugs

The options to see the menu do not work with the recent update.

Your most recent update seems to have disabled viewing the restaurant menus.

Have been trying to log into the guest info of this app for days and it will not load. So frustrating as all hotel info is in that section
