Difficulty logging on. Often can’t log on at all. Very limited in what you can do in the app. Basically, all you can do is check account activity and balances. Not worth the trouble.

This app doesn’t work I can’t even open the app without it crashing or getting an infinite load screen. It never gets updated. Oh wait I’m sorry it got updated 3 weeks for the first time in 2 years. Like come on it’s a terrible app and this bank should fire whoever created this app it’s navigation through the app doesn’t work well. Notifications at least usually  work but that’s it. I rather create a shortcut if the website instead of this app. When it works it’s cool I guess but it just doesn’t work I’ve had a glitches where it moves the same amount of number of money to my checking from savings when I only wanted to do it once and then I get fined. And then the bank has the audacity to tell me the app doesn’t do that and it’s my fault and talk to me like the app isn’t trash. It’s honestly not fair it needs to be updated more than once every few years. I’ll honestly find a needle in a haystack faster then this app gets updated. I don’t recommend this app🤦🏾‍♀️

I like working with a local bank where the people answer my calls and care about their customers. The app supports mobile check deposit, and works fine for a checking account or savings account. The bank takes security very seriously, and sometimes this requires calls to customer service, but they can usually solve any issues pretty quickly.

I mostly downloaded this to deposit checks from my Phone. I tried on two separate occasions to deposit a check to my savings account and received a “declined for no endorsement”. On both occasions, the check had clear signatures on the endorsement line. So much for “convenience”. This coupled with the branch nearby closing, I’ll likely move to another bank

also how is it “continuously working to improve” when your app did not have an ipdaye for going on 9 months??? lame force changing passwords anf touch/faceid doesnt work, if forget pssword 3 times have to call them
no way to reset (or they expect you to have a montjly statement from them infront of you to reset) rly rly bad interface, rly bad at scanning deposit checks too... i will never complain about bank of america app again, and likely move the rest of accounts there ... they took someones badly written template for a bank app and now have no one to update or fix it and they dont care (its same problems as they were 2 years ago) enough
