## River Road Wine Reviews in United States

### *---- "App not functioning properly."
App does not work. Could not place order.
-- fastfood43, 2024-06-12

### *---- "Do not use delivery!"
Worst service ever. I ordered twice and it took more than 2 hours to deliver. They don’t even care about customers and not polite when you check on status. App is not great and half of the links don’t work.
-- BigDamnHero512, 2023-07-15

### *---- "Very Disappointed"
My roommate sent me her discount code and I downloaded the app made my first purchase. After I placed the order someone called me and said “you should understand we’re trying to acquire new customer not people from the same household” and he canceled my order 🙄 I’ve removed the app

### ***** "Love love love!!!"
Love river road wine I order from them every time we have an event!! Also it’s pretty cool that they have a rewards system
-- Eddielasagna12, 2023-01-18

### *---- "👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼"
Worst experience ever. Ordered at 4pm it’s now 6:30 still nothing. The guy who answered the phone is very unprofessional and shouldn’t answer the phone. I can get Chinese food faster than this service.
-- ddabit, 2020-12-08

### *---- "Next"
Delivery guy checked me out creepily so I arrange for them to just leave the bag the next time. But then he was texting me. Now it’s been over an hour. I guess it’s not as interesting for them if I’m not willing to come to the door. inconsistent, unprofessional, horrible.
-- TT239618, 2020-10-14

### *---- "Careless and heartless"
They gave me wrong chips because mine ran out without telling me on purpose , no noticing I ate some and wanted a refund , they made me give back the bag. I was ordering a lot from them post COVID too.. never again.. so sad .. horrible customer service
-- safanova, 2020-07-23

### *---- "Rude customer service"
I would have been a faithful customer for many years, but I called this evening about an order that I never received and the young man on the phone was very rude. He told me I was called, which is untrue, but I was still billed. When I questioned him he snapped at me. As a business owner, that is not the way to keep customers. Just wanted to give some constructive feedback.
-- lbi10, 2020-07-23

### ***** "Great app"
I’m so impressed by this app. It works great, prices are low, delivery is fast, has text notifications and built in store credit feature. Really impressive for a local business.
-- Chris Hatfield, 2020-05-19

### ***** "Amazing Service!!!"
This delivery service is absolutely amazing. During these difficult times it’s hard to find an affordable, and reliable service to order alcoholic beverages. As a first responder, and after working a few days in a row, it’s nice to know I can unwind worry free. I just wanted to say thank you for the speedy delivery, and I appreciate the gift you guys sent me as well!!! I hope you are all staying safe and healthy! 🙂
