There are few common sense items still missing from this app. - Real time tracking of the vehicle, I want to see where it is while moving, not load a map and give me directions to it. - Ability to open and close the charge port door. - I wish it knew I was charging at my house and didn’t send me notifications that charging is complete and to move my vehicle for others….. Real time view of gear guard on my app. Lastly, why is all the text so large, I shouldn’t have to scroll and scroll for basic functions.

Why did the widget dissapear after the most recent update? I used it all the time.

Notifications don’t link to app. So if you don’t read the full notification and just try to tap on it it disappears forever and doesn’t take you to the app. SOC widget only updates charge level when selected not live. Inconsistent unlock distance from car. Sometimes I need to hold my phone up to glass for it to unlock.

While the app definitely works well, I can see so much potential for making it more useful. 1. Remote viewing of Gear Guard + cameras. 2. Remote PA system using the exterior speakers. (SIMILAR TO TESLA) 3. Honk the horn. (SIMILAR TO TESLA) 4. Flash/turn on lights. (SIMILAR TO TESLA) 5. Remote Pet Mode. (SIMILAR TO TESLA) 6. Remote Camp Mode. (Give us all the setting options to enable and disable camp mode on the app that are available on the center screen) (SIMILAR TO TESLA) 7. Automatic Cabin overheat protection. 8. Security alerts + history. (Keep a log of doors opening and closing, lock and unlock) (notify us if the alarm is triggered or the car is hit while parked) I am well aware that the app is still in its early years and expect over the next couple years it will grow in functionality - similarly with the car itself but these are just some main points I think many of us rivian owners would love to have.

I love the app. It’s robust and gives control and access to of the vehicle’s properties. However, after getting signed out twice in a week, I’m over it. That should not happen.

Since last update the widgets no longer display correctly and active display for charging is gone

Love the R1T and the software just keeps getting better. The app is very modern and has useful Home Screen widgets. Don’t get me wrong there are some minor bugs here and there but the team at Rivian is hard at work fixing them on a regular basis. At this point it’s just a pleasure to use. Excited to see all the new updates and can’t wait for Apple Music, Apple Watch as key, Media Streaming etc.

It only works when close to the vehicle so completely useless. Doesnt matter how good my wi fi is it rarely works. It always shows my charge level from days or weeks earlier, remote heating/cooling works maybe 3% of the time. I even switched from Android to iPhone thinking maybe my phone was just too outdated but nope. Ive updated the car and app MANY times and still nothing. For. $90k vehicle it should be nice to use its features. Anyone want to buy my R1S?

Thank you for the constant fine tuning, improvements, and added features! Had the app and truck for almost 18 months with zero issues so far! Keep up the great work Rivian!

It would be helpful if the app provided summary charging statistics (i.e. - by month, year, YTD, etc.). Currently the charging details only reflect by session.
