## Road Angel Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Poor update"
What have you done to the app with the most recent update, it’s ruined it, you said it was supposed to give you reduced speed limit ahead warnings, all it does is constantly tells you speed limit 20mph when you are in a 30mph zone or 30mph when you are in a 40mph and the speed limit is not even lower. One road I drive along every day is 40mph from one end to the other and it constantly keeps saying speed limit 30mph, speed limit 30mph
Speed limit 30mph
It’s driving me mad!
You obviously don’t use the same data base as the old pure which I originally had because that was always accurate.
Not been impressed with my pure sync from day one.
There are some serious issues and bugs with this app that need to be resolved!
UPDATE, well I’m sorry to say the app is even worse than before now constantly keeps giving me alerts for camera vans when I know they are not locations for them, the distance counts down on the alerts then jumps back up and then freezes!
Also the reduced speed limit alert keeps giving all the wrong speed limits, how can I trust this whole set up anymore, it’s an absolute pile of junk!! I’ve been using your products for years now and have never experienced this.
Very disappointing!
UPDATE 2
I have just downloaded the 3 part software on to my pure sync using a pc and it has made no difference to the issues I’m having, I can’t express how disappointed I am with this!

### *---- "Absolutely useless"
What a piece of rubbish!! Don’t bother buying. It all looks and sounds really good but alas it’s not! Purchased the Drive 2 and took it back less than a week later! It won’t work with iPhone 17 unless you turn off mobile data, not very helpful. It also runs via WiFi, no good if you have Apple Car Play on WiFi because you can’t run the 2 together. Road Angel solution, turn your Car Play WiFi off, ok then it won’t work!!
-- Jeffg162, 2026-07-17

### ***** "Works fine"
No problems and easy to connect.
-- Reviewer@33, 2026-02-28

### ***** "Great App! Amazing Products!"
Need this app for my Pure One and Pure Sync! Even helps manage my Dashcams! Road Angel is Always great!
-- Andyysingh, 2026-02-16

### *---- "Can never login"
Don’t buy the device, you’ll create an account and even customer support can’t help reset your password. You’ll never be able to update settings or check subscriptions!
-- Mnrk, 2026-01-31

### *---- "Not a positive experience"
Recently purchased a Road Angel dashcam and this associated app was suggested by customer service to use. Can’t even register the dashcam for warranty purposes. Any buttons I select take me absolutely nowhere.
Please get these fundamental issues sorted. Currently wouldn’t recommend this app.
-- Niksnapps, 2025-12-11

### *---- "Bad start - frozen on warranty registration screen 🤡"
Cannot even get past the warranty registration page. Download the app, verified email and the app freezes.

Only just seeing the reviews about this and its sister app Halo. Based on those this will not be the last review I make.
-- Paddy22-121, 2025-12-03

### *---- "Does not work."
Installed app, logged on with Apple account. I get to the permissions screen and it will not go any further, click continue nothing happens. Closed the app re opened and it will not give me the option to login with my previously created Apple account. App is useless.
-- Thenagshead, 2025-11-10

### *---- "Taken straight back"
Ordered this as it was a bit cheaper than the next base one I have in my other car, app doesn’t even work😂 sent right back , pointless
-- Clemo7408, 2025-10-23

### *---- "Update needed"
Not showing app device anymore needs a serious update asap also login overlay issue..very poor service.
