## Road Angel Pure Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Worst company ever"
Stay away for this company
 Blames everything bar themselves.
-- Souldier DJ, 2026-05-06

### *---- "Awful"
app looks and acts like it’s made by a fired ex Microsoft dev, from 1988. Can’t turn off all the newer stuff they force upon you, like constant “report error” every single time you go past a camera can location. And can’t turn off that really annoying warning and beeping, coming into anything from a higher speed limit to a lower one. Counting you down with a warning then beeps until you’re in the new speed limit zone. I will not be buying another Road Angel product ever again, and you shouldn’t either
-- DjCutters, 2026-04-29

### *---- "Terrible company"
For the last year I cannot log in to my account been told there is a technical problem I want to leave them in February 2026 but I have sent emails, no response. If I cannot have communication with them they will take more money from me. Legal scammers?
-- DennisC7, 2025-11-23

### ***** "Best thing since sliced bread"
Perfect partner when driving, never had a problem from it, plenty of options for you to choose from. Wouldn’t do without it 👍
-- Omodhos, 2021-12-14

### ***** "Great Product, Great App"
You must take the time to learn about the product and how it works with the app!

I thought it wasn't working but like all the other people who have reviewed, it was user error!

So now I phoned road angle and spoke with their support, I know how to use the device and app much better.
-- Andyysingh, 2021-05-15

### ***-- "Done"
Easy to use, like others the subscription is way to much. Camera Van locations are not reliable, have not seen one camera van at one of the locations, but seen many at locations that you do not get an alert for. Would be much better if you could add the new locations yourself.
-- zxcvbnkhgfuufdtjbb, 2019-02-07

### ***** "G"
Very easy to use to configure the pure, be nice to see a function on the app so that the firmware can be updated but I’ve been told that the developers are working on this and may be available soon. Together with good customer service road angel have put together a very good package.
My only gripe is that subscription costs are very high but have still given it 5 stars!
-- G,h, 2018-05-14

### ***-- "Looses settings"
I have used this app with the road angel pure and having set up all the settings and updated the unit it sometimes looses the settings in the app. If you then want to make further changes all the settings are missing. You then have to load the data back from the unit before making further changes. The app data needs to be more stable
