Behalte deinen Trainingsfortschritt immer im Blick (ohne Werbung oder In-App-Käufe).

Erstelle eigene Trainingspläne oder wähle aus vorgefertigten Plänen unterschiedlicher Kategorien.

Deine Pläne kannst du direkt mit deinen Freunden teilen oder professionelle PDFs von ihnen erstellen.

RTM begleitet Dich im Training und speichert deine verwendeten Gewichte und Wiederholungen. 

Überwache deinen Trainingsfortschritt durch detaillierte Analysen. Dadurch weißt Du, wann Du die Trainingsintensität erhöhen solltest, um kontinuierlich den richtigen Muskelreiz zu setzen.

RTM hilft dir nicht nur so dein Muskelwachstum zu optimieren, sondern bietet dir auch ein Gewichtstagebuch, mit dem du dein Körpergewicht tracken und auswerten kannst.
