Road Trip Abandoned
Be very wary of this service. I made a booking during the December holiday season, only to be informed after waiting for several hours for a chaffeur and phone calls to them that they do not have any drivers available and I can either wait another hour or cancel the trip. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. They simply do not have the infrastructure and manpower available to run this service dependently and I for one will never risk it again trying to make use of this service.
