When you put a bid in, you’re not guaranteed to get it, I understand that but the part I don’t understand is that after you put a bid in 20 times in a day and you’re not selective at all is an unfair way, if you want people to be able to make any kind of money delivering this stuff for this company it’s owned by UPS! When you do accept a bid and you’re in the middle of a delivery and they have a problem with their system within the app and you can’t make a delivery because of it and you contact Support they tell you to be patient and that once it’s fixed, you’re required to go make that delivery but they refuse to pay you for your time. So you’re required to waste your time because of their problem. Not a good way to make money. Terrible customer service and support!

I have throughly enjoyed supporting different businesses that use the roadie application. However, the Roadie application is dismal. I have been sent to wrong addresses and stores, waited 4+ hours to receive customer support and oftentimes received no support from either the online or customer service rep. Also the application makes it difficult to contact customer service, it almost feels like it’s by design. I’m all for folks making their money, but prepare for some headaches along the way if you use this app.

I’ve been using the Roadie app for about a month now and it’s a wonderful example of both form and function. It does everything that it says it can do and does it wonderfully. The only issue I have found so far is lack of jobs, not much adoption for certain areas. I would really like to work more gigs. Other than that. Wonderful app.

I was making money with the app and was good but now I have this issue about the instat cash out and my money is stock on the app I waste my time and gas I call support for a week consecutive! And nobody can’t do nothing about it ! I don’t want to use this app again!!

They pay you little and too many miles, they do not incentive the driver

I literally will be in front of the store waiting and don’t get “selected”. CVS trips are great. They’re very efficient, however, Home Depot is a complete joke. They pay literally nothing and a lot of trips you lose money on, and the customers never leave a tip on Home Depot. Of all the companies that do this road in Home Depot by f far the worst

This is a very long story if I were to write the whole situation down. Honestly I have 7 other apps that I use during my shift. I work 7 days a week and literally never have any issues like I have with roadie. Apprently by this female support who I reached to clear a problem for me well it went from 0-100 real quick. All because she was rude and unprofessional basically lied. All I did was question her and ask who she spoke to because what was said was a lie. I don’t like me called a liar when I’m being 100 honest and have proof. All this led up for her getting in her feelings and accused me of been hostile. I will admit I was already upset because roadie has many defects. Their biggest one is lying about the dimensions and quantity of items that k need to deliver. This matters because I need to see if it fits in either my sedan or truck that I’m using at the time. Furthermore, roadie support staff not all are great some act privilege and act as their the boss and can act however they pleased with no accountability to them. So if you want to waste time, headache, lies and even get blocked from your account just because you question or even put your foot down and not let yourself get treated like trash. Then prepare to get blocked and let’s sad because I treat all with respect. I always been told treat those how they treat you.

Give me more deliveries pls.
