Money could be better for the miles and the gigs could be routed better

At the peak of inflation, right before the 2024 holidays, they are now reducing pay, and eliminating our negotiating power by removing gig rate increases over time. What an absolutely disgusting company.

Very looooow fare on high mileage. Waste gas and time!!!

After the latest update on December 2024, I’m experiencing issues with the “Take a Selfie” feature on the app in order to start a gig. The “Take a Selfie” feature is not functional, I only have a black screen with the oval face locator an “X” to exit the screen and an action button to take a picture that is not functional. Please address this issue as it is preventing me from being able to actively start any gig’s due to my inability to verify my identity.

Little glitchy but does the job

This app was once a game-changer—a beacon of hope for anyone looking to earn extra money without being exploited like other gig apps. But those days are long gone. Now? Absolute garbage. They’re paying drivers as low as $0.60 per mile—sometimes even worse. Heavy orders that used to pay fairly? Nope. Doesn’t matter if you’re hauling a mini fridge or a feather, you’ll get crumbs. $20 for 30 miles and 3-5 grouped deliveries? Seriously? CVS orders used to be $10. Now they’re down to $7. It’s clear Roadie has chosen corporate greed over valuing the drivers who made this platform thrive. The app has gone from being a lifeline to just another exploitative service. Fix this, Roadie. You’re burning bridges with the very people who built your success.

It will scan for pick up but not for drop off and I have to put in the whole code which is 20 numbers or so.
