so bad i keep having to delete it and re download it because it doesn't let me log any hours and then when i open it back up it won't let me sign back in so idk what i'm supposed to do bro

Tried to log our 7th drive and the whole app froze and I couldn’t submit it. I restarted the app and still couldn’t. Then I opened the app, pressed the discard button with the intent to manually log the drive, and a loading icon popped up that never goes away. I restarted the app and THE LOADING ICON IS STILL THERE!?! It persists and persists to the point where I am now having to reinstall the entire app… I’m finding a new app as soon as possible.

I have used this app as it is recommended by PennDot, but it seems to constantly have issues that any basic app shouldn’t have. Today I had to delete the app and reload it because it wouldn’t stop loading a drive I tried to add. It is difficult to see where to add hours because the features are covered by ads and my husband and I couldn’t both log in and sync data for our daughter. Again, all features that shouldn’t be an issue for any app.

This app to work once on the first drive, I have driven three times subsequently none of which saved correctly and when I would reopen the app the next time it would tell me I needed to save it, but then would never save. The only way to get out was to discard the drive now I have to go in manually, and insert the time in which case I will just simply use a different app or use a piece of paper this app should be taken down until it’s fixed. Tried uninstalling reinstalling hard stopping nothing works.

My wife takes our daughter, and I take her. We each have an account with her as the driver but it doesn’t sync. You have to put what road type and day or night, along with the weather. With technology now, it should all automatically be logged, including mapping the drive. More of a pain than an asset…

It didn’t work 90% of the time

This app is incredibly buggy. It frequently will not start logging when I click “start new drive,” but rather just sits there with the wait/working indicator spinning on the screen. Also frequently fails to save a drive. Has happened multiple times recently when I’ve opened the app-I’ll be met with a screen stating that the last drive wasn’t saved and asking if I wish to save it. I do, only to be met with the same screen for the same drive the next time I launch the app. It’s incredibly frustrating that this is the app that we have to use in my state to track my child’s progress. Typical government-contracted inefficient dysfunctional garbage.

Idk why my school even allows kids to use it. Whenever I’m logged in and start driving the app always closes and doesn’t keep track of my hours. Not to mention it doesn’t even keep track of the weather, And there aren’t any places to contact help either. Im being srs rn I’m trying to get my license ☠️

I’ve tried to restart it and it won’t stop loading no matter what I do.

This is an awesome app. I love ❤️ being able to easily track my progress. There is just one ☝️ teeny weeny problem. Now I am an avid 100 percenter (AKA I feel like my life is not complete if I do not have all of the badges 🪪) So I would like if there was a possible way to have, like, a list 📋or something like that to see exactly what badges I can strive to complete. (It’ll also make me more eager 🤩 to go out and try new things to get badges.) Thanks for taking the time 🕐 to read this review.
