Lots of bugs, crashes and more … Not compatible with the island notification bar on iPhone 14 pro … Misleading information (loyalty program) stars ⭐️ Spin the wheel is a joke LBP 50,000 is 0.5 $ seriously ? App needs full upgrade and a lot of fine tuning… The country is dollarized now and clients are paying u fresh the counter value in LBP @ USD market rate not even sayrafa rate 🤣.. The food is excellent but ur app doesn’t reflect professionalism… Cheers 🍷

Like it really won’t cost you much to fix these issues. You don’t have to revamp the whole thing but tackle the basics. Like who did this app for you? They have never implemented a radio button? I have to uncheck an option to check another? Seriously? And why the limited characters in the note. Sweet chilli sauce is available in extras but not in replacements, so now u have to charge me extra for just replacing my salad. People please!

I was going to order from the app, when it said the things in my cart were unavailable. When I called the restaurant, they said the items were in fact available, and I ordered them from the phone not the app, and the items app was cheaper, but since they claimed it wasn’t available, I had to go and call them

Prices on the app do not align with prices at the store. I was billed 30,000 LBP for a burger, and ended up paying 56,000 LBP. Roadster’s didn’t even apologize + they lied about me not having the latest version of the app when I do.

The app can be very interesting yet, we are unable to use it because of our location! So it just seems unfair for us...this app is useless in out casses...when will it change?

i basically live there, great food and amazing service! but many stuff should be fixed... -the app has a lot of bugs when it loads -the notes on the check out page have a limit and it’s annoying - a lot of options should be added on the app - the progress page in the loyalty page needs a renovation because it doesn’t even work - you need to make sure the delivery option doesn’t work in closing hours because we might lose credits for nothing

Crashes every time i try to open it. Maybe it did open 3 or 4 times in the past year. Every time i go to any RD branch, i try to open the app to check in, spin the wheel and scan my bill QR code, but without success. I have a redeemable amount and cannot even use it since the app doesn’t open, and if it opens, it crashes in 10 seconds

Although the app crashed up several times and i ended up paying cash, and that’s kinda disappointing, it remains an amazing app that i use weekly.
