Honestly every-time I used this app I got disappointed Very slow and not efficient at all, so I usually turn to use totters due to this Sorry but I tried many times without any change unfortunately

Application crashes on cart confirmation page. And very slow

App: heavy, design not user friendly, prices wrong even with recent download so don’t be surprised if the delivery guy asks for more money. Even if u paid online. This is a question of principles. Once you pay by card and online not a single LBP should be taken more. Take your responsibility. What if i didn’t carry cash? Why online since you already issued the bill electronically and TOOK the amount? Even if it was cash you cannot claim an amount then claim a different one at the door. I won’t talk about the food quality since it concerns only the app here. Where is the RD we used to know?!? And don’t give the excuse of Lebanon problems since yr prices are the highest in this kind of restaurant.

App keeps crashing which is very annoying, especially when you’re hungry and wanna order food

New update has destroyed the app. I can no longer access it. Every time I open the app, it crashes and does not open. Please fix this ASAP so we can keep enjoying the food.

The app isn’t even working, you stare at a blank white page for a while then get bored and call them!

After submitting my personal info the submit button wouldn’t work
