I accidentally got it working and here’s what I did. I already have an online account with Roanoke EMC. I had to reset the password to get into that account. Seems resetting p/w is the go to answer for all issues electronic. So I took my account number and updated p/w and plugged in that info into this app and to my surprise, the app worked. Try this and see if it works for you! -- App puzzle, 2022-11-18 ### *---- "Not working" Will not update so cannot access the site. Is there an ETA for usage? -- Msghawk, 2022-07-27 ### *---- "Awful app does not work at all" Back to the old days of paying bills by snail mail with this back woods outfit. Pathetic -- Bilphishin, 2022-06-06 ### *---- "Does not work" The new APP does not work , I am sure the bosses at REA know about it, apparently it’s not a high priority of theirs to get it fixed . -- cant pay online, 2022-06-06 ### *---- "Uuugh" Seems the last couple of months I have tried to pay monthly bill electronically. Have had troubles with network through internet now the app does not work. I want to pay my bill, c’mon man! -- Golf Havk, 2022-06-02 ### *---- "App updates" When the app updated it won’t allow me to log in. It keeps giving me the message that it is incompatible and click to update. That app needs work or put old back please. -- Spruill0316, 2022-05-28 ### *---- "New Version Not Working" I loved the app up until I was forced to update. Once I updated because I was forced it has not worked since. I can’t even log in. It constantly tells me version is not compatible update. -- amanda/zach, 2022-05-25 ### ****- "Update App Fix" I was having the same trouble as everyone else in the feed. I deleted the app and downloaded again and was able to sign in and make a payment. -- TaskMasters Girl, 2022-05-22 ### *---- "Trash" Worked perfectly fine until the stupid update -- Kinq923, 2022-05-20 ### *---- "App does not work" You click the ok it takes you back to and back to the screen you click okay and back to the previous screen.
