## Robin Hood Ticketing Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Not great"
Could do with an update mine keeps crashing every time you try to check the card for balance or top up on the iPhone. Frustrating
-- Abz 86, 2025-10-16

### **--- "New systems"
We need a new app where top-ups are more transparent.
-- Buzzrocc, 2025-10-11

### *---- "Hate this app with a passion"
Terrible. Always letting me down
-- Lu Lilyytt, 2025-10-06

### *---- "Not the best"
Glitches, a lot. The amount of times I have had to pay for separate tickets because my ticket couldn’t be collected is unreal.
-- BusyWhizzy, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Pointless"
App hasn’t been updated in a year and it’s showing. You can’t collect or check you card as it just closes the app on you. Doesn’t help that the machine around Nottingham are broken so the one alternative you have is pointless.
-- Kali Mai, 2025-08-28

### *---- "Worked well until this week"
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years to top up my card. It was basic but worked well enough to add money. Now it’s saying the app doesn’t have access to Apple Pay but there is no option to turn it on in settings. I think they need to check whether anything has changed with permissions in the latest iOS update.
-- DrLElmer, 2025-01-18

### **--- "Poor process design"
This app works - at least - and I am able to put money on my daughter’s travel card. However, the whole method is entirely unsatisfactory. You cannot top up the amount remotely (like you could with the Mango card) and ‘collecting’ the amount I’ve added to my daughter’s card (by tapping her card on my phone) is often a bit hit and miss.

Somebody made the design decision that users had to add balances directly onto the card, rather than into an account that can be checked at ‘tap on’ time. Poor choice.
-- rutty_uk, 2024-12-11

### ***-- "Works fine"
Once I figured out how to collect the card details it works fine took me a few attempts to work it out but I’m sorted now
-- Sam31garyb2911, 2024-09-25

### *---- "RUBBISH"
It doesn’t let you register a card… keeps saying my email address is already in use. Yes I know it is I want to register the card!! Rubbish app
-- Katiex23, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Can’t top up!"
I can see my balance but it says there are no top-ups available. I have an Iphone. Useless app :/
-- eumesma2, 2024-02-26
