In app there is no option to remove „fake rooms” caused by mirror. Also in planned cleaning there is no option to how many times i want to clean specyfik room

Po zmianie dostawcy internetu apka nie wyszukuje już mego Roborock S5 max. Nie można dodać ręcznie a urządzenie nie ma kodu QR. Przedtem była super.

You have to add the carplets in map. It will super when i use my q5 pro with mop on, then i will have not remove carplets

Q7Max+(1,5yrs in use): The app was running smoothly and without errors until some of recent updates. Now it's long loading times, cleaning setting errors, map loading errors resulting with the need to repeat one action 2-3 times. Robot never had any problems with approaching no-go zones and now it quite often stops at the edge of them and needs to be moved manually. Seems that both app and robot software's performance were decreased... and during last 2 months they should've been fixed

Only one active connection is available. When I try to add a new smartphone, the previous smartphone gets disconnected. The manual is amazingly short and difficult. I didn’t understand how to assemble the vacuum cleaner according to the manual; I assembled it based on intuition.

The app removed support for older devices like S7. It’s not possible to add it to the app.

After last upgrade the app stopped seeing our Roborock s7. Nothing, including all the Reddit tips, works. We changed the app for Mi Home, and everything works fine.

Have 3 years old V7. I had to restart it lately due to some issue. Now, i can’t add it to the app because it is not enlisted AND can not be searched using find-nearby feature. EDIT: turned out the option is there but how to reach it was pretty not obvious

I have roborock S6 MAXV for more than four years and everything worked prefect until today. I tried to reset wifi settings as I changed wifi password and cannot select my device from the list by adding it manually as the device is missing in the list. There is only 6 items to choose from. Other option is to use bluetooth but still my roborock doesn’t have it. It looks like I cannot use my device anymore. Somebody messed up with this app.

Asks for tons of unnecessary previllages and won't function without your precise location, without seeing all your devices on uour network, without tons of other stuff. Avoid at all cost, you get what you pay for.
