Robot Vacuum

The original app is not available in my country so this app “offers what the original app would” for a fee, once you pay then it asks for you to download the original app in order for this one to work, WHICH YOU CAN’T DO, reason why this app was downloaded and paid for in the first place!!! FRAUD!!!

It asks for the original app, so it is useless. Don’t waste money on this app.

to hard for old people to set it up

Bought two new Roomba’s. My old ones have serviced 1.3 million square feet between them. The older one has vacuumed 800,000 sq. ft. I was able to add the two new machines easily. I have spent three can provide.hours trying to delete the old ones. Any suggestions before I lose my temper? Thank you for any help.

Won’t allow login for account ,says email or password wrong. I know they are correct.

Requires payment before offering a trial run. Not helpful! We paid it and couldn’t install the vacuum.

New vacuum continues to give the message to move it to a new location them press clean to restart. Feel like moving it to the dumpster!

Don’t waste your money on this. The app will crash as soon as you try connecting a roomba to it.

I’ve had the app now for over 2 weeks. I’ve tried connecting my iRobot multiple times and all it does is close the app with no success. I have paid the yearly subscription for this and have not been able to use it at all. The app looks promising but it’s useless if I can’t connect. Would like a refund at this point. Waste of time and headache with this.
