Bought two new Roomba’s. My old ones have serviced  1.3 million square feet between them. The older one has vacuumed 800,000 sq. ft. I was able to add the two new machines easily. I have paid the yearly subscription for this and have not been able to use it at all. The app looks promising but it’s useless if I can’t connect. Would like a refund at this point. Downloaded this to control my new Roborock because was at the top listed app when I searched Roborock. It tells you you need to subscribe to use all of the features at rates of $6 for a few weeks or $25 for lifetime subscription. Since I’d already spent >$800, I figured another $25 was reasonable so I paid up. There was no free trial period.  Then when I got to the next step, pairing with your robot, it doesn’t even d de work with Roborock devices, only Shark or iRobot! No refund as others have noted. The correct app was called “Roborock” (duh…) and was simple to setup, as expected. Don’t fall for this scam.
