Help Guide:
If you are having issues, please do the following on your Roku TV:
Go to Settings -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Control by mobile apps, and select "Enabled"
In order for RoByte to talk to your Roku, the following must be true:
1. Your Roku must be connected to your home's wifi network.
2. Your iPhone or iPad's wifi must be turned on and connected to the same network as the Roku.
Quick Tips:
• Most problems connecting to your Roku can be resolved by simply reinstalling RoByte.
• RoByte can only connect if you are on the same wifi network as your Roku device.
In most cases, RoByte will automatically scan and find your Roku device but there is a small case where if you have a more complicated setup, you may need to manually enter your Roku's IP address to connect.
If you're still unable to connect to your Roku, theres a good chance there's an issue somewhere within your network. Most common cases are Roku devices getting disconnected from your home wifi if it gets unplugged. You can also try reinstalling RoByte to do a fresh scan.

My upgraded purchase is not working

Yesterday I purchased the upgrade but each time I try to use it, I get the purchase upgrade screen. When I hit purchase it tells me I already have purchased but does not let me do anything. Please help. I would much rather have the app than a refund. I’ve changed my review. The developer contacted me this morning and I am happy to say that after a few emails the problem has been fixed. Enjoying the app.

Great if your kid loses the remote!

This app has saved my sanity SO many times. I've literally gotten to the point where I have to tether the remotes to something to avoid one of my kids losing them. Well, they also know how to un-tether them. So when that happens, not often thank goodness, I can still work the TV's with this app until the remote is found. It's also been good for a chuckle a time or two. I've used it to change channels and pause the tv when someone is watching. They think the TV is possessed or something. LOL! But always good to stop before they start to get mad. 🤪
