Remember when your mom had a calendar on the wall with all kinds of reminders, bills and plans? Or remember learning to balance those tiny little checkbook ledgers? This app is all that plus graphs of every which way money comes in and out!!! I don't even like phones, I'm terrible at anything electronic but Rocket money is a game changer for me!! It's literally a money flow chart, finance graph, bill reminder, bill eliminator plus all in one! Can't wait to reach my money goals and use the mortgage lender one day soon!

No service
I have not received service since Aug of 2023. I am attempting to cancel the payment that you have charged me for all of 2024 and 3 months in 2025. Additional please refund the payment you received for months I received no service.
Worth it!
I’m a spender; Worse-I have a habit of not remembering when I get discounts that I may “accidentally” sign up for a service. RocketMoney saved me over $73 in subscriptions that I didn’t even realize were there. Then, it helped me keep track of where I was spending money, what times O spend more, etc. it’s the only subscription service I pay for now and it’s worth every penny!
They’re willing to commit fraud to lower your bills
I just got a call from AT&T customer service. Apparently a Rocket Money representative called on my half to negotiate my bill. That part I was aware of. What surprise me is that they lied to the AT&T customer service representative and said that I was out of service for seven days. Now that they have “saved“ me money, they’re gonna charge me a cut of what they “saved“ me. $34. At first, I was going to say that you shouldn’t use their bill negotiating service. But now I’m thinking you shouldn’t use their service for anything, given that their ethics are questionable.

Rocket gets money when they negotiate ur bills lower, however I think they should change this to when they know what they’re doing. Sure, they saved me money on 1 month, but now the bill is even higher than it was before they touched it. Best thing is if they had Verizon remove a deal that was grandfathered in I could be screwed & never get it back again. Are they going to pay me a percentage of what it went up? Cover the whole bill?? Not likely. I’m in a financial bind rn & I certainly didn’t need this! I’m canceling service w/ them idc what they say about it either & I plan to place them on a restricted vendor so no payments come out of my acct for them. Ridiculous! Now I have the task of being on the phone for the rest of tfe afternoon to correct their error! 😡🤬
