Description

The Rocketbook app instantly sends your Rocketbook pages and whiteboards enhanced with Beacons to your favorite cloud services. Access and share them anytime, anywhere!
The app has a unique seven-symbol shortcut system that gets your auto-cropped and high quality scans into the cloud faster than any other scanning app. Using our Handwriting Recognition (OCR) features, you can search your handwriting inside the app, use your handwritten text as the filename, and get a full-page transcription via email.
The Rocketbook app is designed to work with Rocketbook products including the:
- Core (endlessly reusable notebook)
- Mini (pocket sized version of the Core)
- Wave (microwave-to-erase notebook)
- Color (reusable kid's coloring book)
- Whiteboards enhanced with Rocketbook Beacons (adjustable whiteboard attachments)
- One (single use notebook)
Enjoy the pleasure of writing and the efficiency, organization, and shareability of digitization. Write freely and use our shortcut system to send your scans as PDFs or JPEGs to specific locations in Google Drive, Dropbox, Trello, Evernote, Box, OneDrive, OneNote, Slack, iMessage, iCloud, and Email.

Rocketbook App Reviews

OCR simply does not work. Tried many times, but it is useless.

Easy to use, efficient

pawelst on

Great idea with the app and Rocketbook notebooks, the app is very easy to set up and use and does what it should!

Poor details editing

mkisyk on

Poland

While the app works ok and does what it is supposed to do, it is very hard to guess how to change your email for example - I happened to type it with an error while registering and now seem to be stuck and had to change every destination separately not to use docs

Pen not attachable

Mattilogic on

United States

The necessary pen isn’t attachable so it’s very easy to lose. Easy fix. Lazy design.

missed opportunity

Imagine you’re a student using this product to take notes in multiple classes. Should be so convenient! All you’d need in your bag is one small notebook for all your classes, and it’ll never fill up because you can digitize the pages and then erase them. Now dash those hopes and dreams for convenience against the nearest sharp rocks. Rather than allowing you to natively organize your notes into different folders for each class, this app just leaves all of your notes jumbled together in whatever order you scanned them in. You can’t add new notes to previous scans, can’t organize notes with the same tags into folders, and it doesn’t even seem like they want you using their own app to access the notes you scanned into it. After scanning, you’re only prompted to move the notes elsewhere, either to other cloud services or to competing note taking apps. The only way to find related notes in the app is to tag them and search the giant unorganized digital heap. You’d be better off taking photos of your notes in any old notebook and making albums for each class in your camera roll.

Good app

Im satisfied but would like the ability to combine scans for ease of use. Seems like a simple feature that would allow y’all to really compete with the I pads

Missing Key Integrations

Not bad, Not Great. Missing key integrations for OneNote. Asana integration is window dressing at best. So much potential but not quite there.

A lot cheaper than an LCD writing tablet 🚀

Tfrog5489 on

I like the Rocketbook because the Rocketbook is a lot better than a Boogie Board LCD writing tablet because you don't have to worry about replacing the battery and I like the Rocketbook because it's a lot more economically friendly than a Boogie Board LCD writing tablet. The thing I love about the Rocketbook is that it's a lot more cheaper than a Boogie Board LCD writing tablet because you can buy a Rocketbook at Walmart or Target which is so awesome and you can buy the Rocketbook online too. 👍

Won’t even let me log in

Fredewed on

Does absolutely nothing when I try to sign in or even make a new account. Have deleted and redownloaded the app. Still not working. Love the notebooks but the app is worthless to me.

meh

Nshesaid on

initially worked great as a notepad and i loved the convenience of instant storage. but…it becomes difficult to write as the ink doesn’t transfer to the pages over time, resulting in illegible print.
