Have had for couple years now all the sudden it’s telling me that I have poor network connection when I have got the strongest that you can get and everything is working perfectly except for this app there’s no way to contact anybody. Very poor customer service would not waste my money on it again.
I haven’t been able to access my camera for the last 2 days - keep getting the message “your phone network connection is poor” and there is nothing wrong with my phone or internet connection.
I took ke some time to figure this app after experiencing the same of other users who left a review here. This app is definitely poorly designed. It errors out in iOS when you try to pay for a subscription after the trial period expires. They haven’t fixed this issue and the solution is apparently block the app for the user making it throw an error “poor connection”. Do not buy a camera that uses this app. You will regret.
What is that? My app quit working on Sunday with the phone connection poor warning. Can’t get it to work again. Tried reloading app but nothing.
app has stopped working. It says that the internet signal is weak and there is no way to access it. I hope they fix this.
Cameras not working. Have excellent wifi connection. App is frozen. Cannot remove and re download. Does not recognize my sign in credentials. WHATS GOING ON???
Worked perfectly and then it started sending me poor phone network connection messages and I could not access the camera thru the app. Tried various problem solving tasks, even sent an email to the company for support. No response. It is also not supported on a Mac, pc, or chrome book. Goodbye $$$.
App stop working a few days ago!
It was amazing always going off when it needed to but the last couple days it doesn’t work at all. Keeps saying my phone has a slow network connection. Nothing has changed on my end other then the app deciding it doesn’t want to work at all. Company definitely needs to get something figured out with this.
I’m not able to log on the app. When decline to purchase a package my cámaras and app stop working. I have use them for quite a while on a regular package using my wifi and not adding additional services that the app offers. When the app ask to purchase one of the package that offer more features I decline and my app and cámaras stop working.
