I’ve never had issues with this camera for over three years and out of nowhere I’m trying to login and every time I try to login it says connection network lost. I’ve done everything including deleting the app multiple times and re-downloading, checking to see if it was updated. App is putting out “poor connection error“ not allowing it to work when there is definitely no poor connection issue . As a result the App no longer works at all. It appears it will not be fixed as enough time has already passed to do so. I have used the camera and app in the past with no issue.
