## RockMyRun Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bait and switch junk."
I download the app to try the 14 day trial and charges by credit $85. Not a good way to build customer confidence.
-- Thalassocrat, 2025-07-19

### *---- "Idk"
It’s won’t open for me and it loads forever
-- Nonameperson20, 2025-07-17

### ***-- "It gets me through, when legs are dying…"
I find this app great. When I start to tire, put it on and it keeps me going during training or races.
However, recently, my Shokz Open Runs can no longer control the music. I cannot pause or skip. Please address and get back to being a 5 star experience especially as this is a paid subscriber.
-- Awawi1972, 2025-04-28

### *---- "App NEVER OPENS"
I paid 79.99 for an app the will never open!!! YES, I updated all the softwhere and your app will not open and is NOT operational!!!!!
-- LMORunner, 2025-02-18

### *---- "Won’t work on my hone"
It was very aggravating not to be able to make the app work after installation. I was not able to open it ever. I tried to cancel it so I reached out to them..they insisted on me working on the app with exhausting suggestions. I do not have the time do deal with the trouble. The subscription did not appeared under the usual “apple subscriptions” so I though maybe it was not working and perhaps it did not go through.. then they charged me and did not refund me. What a hassle!
-- Me2disappointed, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Robbery"
Insane that there is no way to use this app for free. I used to love this app so much and now it’s all about the capital gains.
-- Jsjshshahahahs, 2024-11-16

### *---- "Skip to next track too limited and Billed without consent."
You have so few chances to skip to the next track that it’s unusable. Also, I was promised a free trial, but was billed.
-- Acertrhd, 2024-09-28

### **--- "Went from 10 ⭐️ to 2 after I bought a lifetime membership"
When I bought this, you could skip as much as you liked. They also had the artists and song titles listed for the entire playlist. This provides better information when selecting playlists. Combined with the limited skips, removing the song title list significantly degrades the usability of this app. Sometimes I find I don’t care for the first several songs and then it gets good. Now I can no longer jump ahead. So in a 3 hour playlist, maybe I prefer than last hour but I can no longer get there.
It also seems like some songs have been removed from some of my favorite playlists though the playlist is still there. I know I contacted them about the skips change and was told this was a licensing requirement.
Given these restrictions, $8 a month (which I saw someone say was their cost) isn’t a reasonable price point.
-- Lexie's Moma, 2024-07-25

### *---- "Will not open"
They conveniently charge your bank account with no notice AND the app doesn’t even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. Find another app. You have been warned.
-- Hookdrvrswife, 2024-07-24

### *---- "Broken"
App won’t load past the start up screen
