## Rocky Mountain Power Reviews in United States

### *---- "Broken"
Can’t even sign in anymore
-- wouda thought that, 2025-10-29

### *---- "Functions like 12 year old designed it"
As IOS has updated this multibillion dollar company can’t be bothered with updating their app. Now with IOS 26 out it’s pretty unusable
-- Too Bad, 2025-09-29

### *---- "HORRID APP"
Incapable of sending a password reset link!
-- cogitare et movere, 2025-09-06

### *---- "MAJOR Flaws"
If you enable Face ID, nobody else can log into the account such as my wife. When you enable Face ID apparently the Password stored at RMP is changed or removed. This means if I deactivate my Face ID my wife still can’t get I to the account and if I try, I cannot either. We have to reset the password and try to remember. Ever to enable Face ID.

Terrible experience. Please address this!
-- Bellacuda, 2025-08-26

### *---- "out of an abundance of caution…"
Out of an abundance of caution… we’ll turn your area (83241) into a 3rd world country! Reliable? Not at all!
-- ikeleland, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Constantly logs me out"
This app needs a serious update. I don’t know why they even make it an option to use Face ID because it constantly logs you out, making you sign back in. This totally defeats the purpose of being able to use Face ID.
-- Torgy9, 2025-08-07

### *---- "No biometrics"
Every time I try to log in with my fingerprint it says, “to enable Touch ID tap OK, then sign in with your user ID and password”. EVERY TIME! Very annoying.
-- pawzz, 2025-08-06

### *---- "Website, is trash. App is garbage"
I have been trying to reset my password for months. The e-mails didn’t include the link, finally got to speak to Linus (very kind, very patient, extremely professional) the email he sent had the link. We tried several times on several devices and I still cannot login with my new “ expired”password!
I’m going to start writing an old-fashioned check! It will be sent Snail Mail, with a stamp.
The tech is terrible, twiddle your fingers and write some code! Go buy a working product.
Linus tried to transfer to me to tech support so we could talk, of course we got disconnected.
Pay by phone tonight. Tomorrow I’ll ask my bank if check books are available.
-- Richie’sweb!, 2025-07-22

### *---- "App deserves zero stars"
App deserves zero stars. Company in general deserves one star. You haven’t updated the app in 7 months. So dealing with an outage for the last day I have to log in every time I want to read about an update to the outage or report the outage isn’t actually fixed. The app doesn’t talk with any password manager and you constantly have to re-login and get sms codes in the same day even. But what are consumers going to do? Switch power companies?
-- nikonous, 2025-07-20

### *---- "Badly built, poor functionality"
Doesn’t play nice with Passwords app, Biometrics don’t work, App seems like it was poorly ported from a badly built android app.
