Rocky Mountain Power Reviews

Fix it!

lamsbell on

United States

The biometric doesn’t work. Never has.

Broken & Unusable for Months

sarahlolz on

United States

The app has been broken for months now. It lets you log in but then immediately shows you an “error” message and won’t pull up any information about your account or balance. If RMP wants my money so bad, you think they would be motivated to fix their app where people pay them. However, that thought would be wrong apparently

Biometric feature isn’t beneficial

Dr Flo Jay on

United States

You can set up biometrics, which I love, but it times out way too quickly. I get into the app once a month to pay my bill and I have biometrics enabled, but I never get to use the feature and have to log in with credentials every time. I feel like most every user on this app would just come in once a month to pay their bill, so the feature would benefit from not having to refresh sooner than once a month.

Impossible to use

bullshitappsent on

United States

I spent 30 minutes trying to set up the mobile app. This includes a long conversation with the customer service rep. It actually looked like I may have gotten it set up with the rep. When I tried later to access the app it didn’t recognize me and I was basically back to zero. I still do not have the app on my phone. I have previously tried to get this done. It is impossible. I have given up. It is not possible to access my account.

Biometric sign in doesn’t work. Corrupt monopoly

Online app reviews on

United States

Why does it say i have to re- sign in every time to use biometric sign in. Super annoying. Edit: a year later this hasn’t been fixed. Prices have skyrocketed. This monopoly is just abusing the people with the help of our government.

Useless

boothchest56 on

United States

Do to constant login issues and password reset requirements it isn’t any faster than calling to check things

Resetting my password every month

Dalpal1947 on

United States

This app never remembers biometrics and apparently security policy requires me to change my password every single time I try to log in again. Stop offering biometrics if it’s not actually going to work.

Outage reporting feature broken

turboslug24 on

United States

Returns an unspecified error when reporting outages. Had to use phone system. But it does show updates from that, so it’s partially working…

Barely meets basic demand

Dljjr on

United States

It is the 21 century, your a multi billion dollar revenue company, it should be a simple thing to build a smart phone app that meets all the demands of your clientele. Your attempt is abismal at best. A 14 year old could build it better.

Bad app

S.L.C. . on

United States

I had to download the app to make a payment because the website was always down - 3 different computers, 2 devices, and 3 different browsers. But there is no select due date when making payments. It’s the day you submit. I have a budget for a reason. It matches up to when I get paid. So if I want to set the payment date, then I either have to autopay, which doesn’t work for me, or remember to pay on the ever-changing due date.
