The service was perfect and even the food was nice No complains ..they must just keep up the good work .
Terrible terrible terrible !!! Why are you forcing me as a user to waste time ordering in store. All cos you don’t have an option to pay on collection. Just lost your customer - forcefully making me unhappy by wasting my time.
Paid for order and app did not recognise. Order also did not go through to the store. Queried for refund and awaiting response. Disappointing.
Placed the order, affected payment, but lost the record of the order. Poor software and testing before commissioning. Would avoid app and simply place orders by phone in future.
I really enjoyed my time there and Phiwe was so kind 💛🙂
This app does not work, you can't scan in your bill as it won't allow the camera to focus. When exit app camera focus and works 100%. Waiter needs to add bill manually. Have lost out on 2 entries for Competition. Due to app not scanning or waiter not put in the bill Manually.
The OTP never arrives even though the application says it’s been sent. 2 weeks later, I am still stuck on the login screen.
The app is a faulty app I placed an order the payment gateway processes payment and made me wait for long for redirect to the app. I had to call client care to assist
Hi Rocomamas I ordered in your app for collection and when processing the payment: 1. every time I moved between apps to get my bank card details the app went back to the “processing payment screen and then i have to wait for it to reload the card/payment info screen. 2. I finished the payment and the transaction went through but then I was stuck on a “transaction finished screen with no route back to the main operation or order tracking screen. 3. After then closing the app I was again asked to input my card information in-order to pay for the order then I cancelled the order to get out of those screens. 4. Whereafter I got a message that they received my order but a few minutes later I got another message that the order has been collected. We have not collected it whereafter I had to phone the restaurant to confirm that they got the order and that it is being prepared.
