However, when I requested information about the driver and vehicle, they introduced a new policy stating that they do not provide rides outside Bihar, leaving me with the option to either cancel the ride or travel to the border for pickup. It is unreasonable to expect someone to travel 30 km to access a booked cab when they are unable to reach that location. After canceling the ride and booking with another company, I inquired about a refund. They informed me that since I cancelled it myself, no refund would be issued.
