Kids360: Parental Control App

Not suitable if you want to lock certain apps yourself because even with a subscription they have age limits on the apps and lock them for you. You can’t see any history of what your child has been on. These reviews are false, search google. For $9.99 a month there are better options out there. Can’t get a refund even after only using it for less than an hour and realising it is not worth it.

Loved this app until it would allow me to give my daughter more phone time. It’s like the system shut down. And than isn’t away to get into her apps to deleted or update. She now has to wait till tomorrow to delete this app. It’s time goes over the allocated time. Turns off before allocated time.

This app scammers I downloaded app try for 1 day cost 1 dollar charge money for me and now work after that i deleted the app Then 2 wk later on charge my money again for 25 dollars I have check all my account i not put subscription or anything at all It is Scammer

Once installed on my sons phone he was able to delete it even though I set a pin, his apps are constantly blocked from being used even though the settings clearly show his apps aren’t supposed to be blocked until 9pm. Tried using this app & the accompanying app on his phone several times over the last month & have given up, I even messaged the developer & got no reply so I cancelled my subscription.

I had such high hopes and after using the app for 6 months have had to delete it. Child iPad kept getting locked on blocked, so remove VPN and reinstall was getting old. When it worked, it worked well. Disappointed that we too fell trap to the paid subscription and now unable to use.

Terrible to install couldn’t follow on my phone or kids phone with zero help available

My daughter was able to just uninstall the kids app on her phone, an I wasn’t notified on the parent app. When I went to download the app again on her phone I needed to put in credit card details into the iPhone settings, which I don’t want to do. I wasn’t asked to do this the first time so downloaded the app on her phone. If this was fixed I’d try the app again but I’m not putting my card details onto my daughter’s iPhone. The date of birth kept changing back to today’s date, & the 18+ kept turning off, probably a few tweaks the developer could look into.

I love this app for my younger children.. My only request would be that if you were paying a annual subscription to Kidslox that this app would also be included as my other subscription is more suitable to children of an older age group. This app is more suited to the younger audience as its graphics are more interesting to those of younger adolescence around 3-5

I loved this app when first down loaded as it allows me to make all the apps go invisible on my sons phone at the flick of a button. But that’s about it. It doesn’t do anything it advertises. No reporting, no monitoring, no customization for certain apps. I either remove all apps except 4+ including my life 360 tracing app or keep them all available. So if I want to remove all social media of my kids phone so they can keep it on them for safety it no have access to social media I can’t see where they are anyway as the tracing app gets suspended as well. Good idea but that is all it is at the moment just an idea not a working product.

Downloaded it and didn’t have half the features it purports in the ad promoting it. Ended up being charge twice and for a full year subscription. I had limited apps to 1hr and to certain times but yet despite this, my kid is still using those apps well after the hours I set and the limits I put on. Customer service is shocking- they open a chat but respond every 60-90mins and never actually answer the questions raised about where features are that are clearly advertised. Then they shut the chat room because I haven’t responded in enough time. I would NOT recommend this app in any way- it does not work in the way they have promoted it. Hopeless!
