I downloaded this app approximately a year ago for an interpreting course. Almost everything was perfect except that there was no sound, I was a bit too busy and had not put too much attention on how to report this issue. Anyhow, I recently reported it and they replied within a few hours, to summarize it; the issue was resolved.
