Not user friendly
Complicated website. Or, tickets can’t be found when needed. Even if you try hours in advance.
Very Indians poor app
The app is very inconsistent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Fortunately, I have got Ben another person access to my account so when I am unable to access ticket I ask him to send me the tickets.

App is slow. Constantly has issues updating. Garbage-should be way better if you’re charging $20 a beer.
