I have been using Roger's security system for nearly 9 years since moving into this house, paying thousands of dollars in service fees. Two days ago, one of my cameras was broke, and I called Rogers and require them sending someone to repair it, I was told that my system was too old and couldn't be repaired, and that the entire system had to be replaced. However, I was also told that the entire area of ​​our house doesn't have Roger's internet service, and other network providers would not be compatible with the new Roger's security system. it seems there's no other way to solve the problem. I thought I could only relocate one of my good cameras to replace the broken one, but Roger's told me that they couldn't even provide this kind of relocation service at the moment. For an old system like mine, if there is a problem, the only option is to replace the entire system with new ones. I really don't know what to say. As a customer who has been with Roger's for 15 years, I am very disappointed with their service. They just refused to provide service to help me relocate the existing cameras, they only care about how to making money from customers, I will never use any service from Roger's again!

Tried to use this app using my Rogers/Shaw account in Canada. It says ‘Welcome back! There was an error logging you in.’ This happens every single time I try to log in. I can access my camera feeds from the Rogers Xfinity app so I am not too worried, it just would have been nice to have the option to try it. I will not be waiting for hours on end in the live chat to attempt to get an agent only to be told I have the wrong departments per my usual experience with Rogers. I truly miss Shaw and how they ran things. Their customer service remains unmatched. I am very sad they are no longer!

Mar5/25: Well, it’s been about five years now with the same sign in/sign out problem, it seems pretty clear, they’re not really interested in fixing it. 

Mar27/24: To date the random sign out problem is still happening. Despite using the app only a few hours prior, you are randomly signed out. I could understand if one did not use the app for a period of days, that could make sense but after such a short time, rubbish. 

June11/22: Still no fix with the frequent failure to sign in issues, once or twice a week still & always at the most inconvenient times, of course. 

 June27/20: No changes on the unexplained frequent signing in issues (failure of Face ID/pin) from the recent few updates. Thankfully, it continues to be the only inconvenience that I’ve come across. 

 Apr26/20: My Pin/Face ID, it frequently fails & I’m resigned to enter the full Email & password again, despite using it daily or multiple times daily, in turn defeating the Convenience of the app.

I have been unable to access my home monitoring to turn on or off my alarm. I have made 3 phone calls and wasted over an hour each time waiting for Rogers to answer my call. I have been passed from tech support to tech support each saying It is not my home issue it is a Rogers issue and someone will call you back and have  my issue resolved.
Nobody calls back, the issue is not fixed and it has been 4 weeks.
