This app is frustrating. It doesn’t even let you sign in and I tried different device it still don’t work. Everyone from the reviews has the same issue a year ago why this hasn’t resolved yet? you keep apologizing but doesn’t even bother to improve your app.
Unreliable
This app doesn’t work properly, especially when you set up a slow time for some devices, like children’s. I also tried limiting the Wi-Fi usage for some devices. It was supposed to put the Wi-Fi connection to pause. But either it doesn’t happen or for unknown reasons they get unpause. I called Rogers and mentioned all these, but the customer service person was confused and couldn’t help.
Useless when network is down…
Exactly when you want to use it - when there is an issue with the internet, the app is not functional because you need to log in first, using the internet…
Useless app
Can’t access it when home internet is down to debug because it needs to log in first. What is the point?
And just tried to check my wireless data usage and they don’t give any details. I want to understand if it is charging me roaming or not. No indication.
Unable to login
Nothing happened after I entered my password. Returned to the sign in page
Used router defective port
Received used router with defective port. Technical support urgue that its brand new. Technician came and check the router, confirm used and defective port. Technician replace with again used router.
Been charge with installation. Rubbers strike again.

i sign in and it doesnt even sign in makes me press the button to sign in again without actully signing me in
Login Loop From Hell
Like so many other people, I am stuck in the login loop where you enter your username, your password, the MFA code only to be redirected to the login page. I have deleted the app and redownloaded, I have rebooted my phone, I have unlinked and relinked my account. Nothing is working. Different devices? Nope.
I can’t connect any of my 2.4ghz devices without this app and it doesn’t work. I miss Shaw, this is a horrible user experience.
Problem selecting TV stations online & over the phone that don’t get fixed :
The online TV selections just do not work for me after many repeat attempts. Even when I call, not all the 10 choices actually open & it takes too long connecting & getting this fixed again over the phone. ALSO - Rogers selection of free stations is very very limited & other providers give more FREE options.
