It keeps telling me to update the app on my iPad, I try to and it goes to the the app page and shows OPEN. Nothing happens when I click on open. Cannot watch anything anymore when not at home.

They can’t get the information straight between the website and the info on the App Store. Site says iOS 15 or newer, App Store says iOS 16 or newer. Can’t use the old version of the app even though this new version was s probably just a reskin of the old based on how this company works. Also you can’t access the features of this app from a desktop computer cause that would just make to much sense for something to be simple for the end user. They always want more and more money for less and less usability for the end users.

Can’t restrict access to the internet in the middle of the night. Can’t shut wifi off for the house completely because of personal devices that need to be turned on all the time. This app is supposed to help control access but since it changed to Xfinity it has just been Useless, useless, useless!
