Rogers Xfinity Stream

The app used to work great. Now the Chromecast feature stopped working. When clicking the link to Chromecast...it pops up and then immediately minimizes. Treid re-booting my iPad. Tried reinstalling the app. Then tried both re-install + re-booting. Nothing has worked. The app used to be 5 star and will be edited back to a 5star once this issue is fixed.

One of a sudden it doesn’t work with chrome cast on the iPad . Fix it please

Airplay has been added but now Chromecast does not work.

I’ve never had an issue with the app on the go but my Chromecast is still not working even after the update. It is really frustrating having to deal with this. Every app that I have connects to Chromecast except this app. I have tried everything. I’m simply asking for help. Thank you.

Rogers still do not have TV app for Apple TV. Nobody wants to use some tv box in 2024. Bell has great app which works everywhere. Not sure what is going on with rogers.

This app has so many problems with connectivity, it’s a joke. I regret signing up with them.

Garbage app, can’t login. Says “unexpected error, please try again later” every time.

The actual app it’s self and the pre recorded content is actually pretty nice. I enjoy watching shows like amazing race and the rookie that they keep episodes off on the app. The catch. At least once every 20 minutes it will force you to watch a commercial ( that we don’t have an issue with, gotta pay the bills somehow) but the forced commercial for some reason will crash our chrome cast or the Rogers ignite box that we have hooked up to the tv almost every time and then not remember what part of the show we are at. Very annoying to have to reset the chrome cast and find out what part we were at way too often. Last note, watching live tv such as a sporting event works great. Just issues with the pre recorded. I think some more work needs to be done on how you add in commercials to your pre recorded shows. Thanks

I never write reviews but had to this time. This is now a zero star app. It use to work but no longer. You can enter the user name in the User Name field but the ‘’Continue’ button doesn’t work. As a result you can’t use the app. Reinstalling doesn’t work. Also you can’t use the ‘register’ button either as it just says ‘oops …’. The App worked great before but doesn’t function any longer. (Update) Was able to get it working again. Reinstalling the app didn’t work but rebooting my iPad resolved the issue. Maybe cache related like you mentioned.
