## Rointe Nexa Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Probably the worst example I have seen"
Ontop of all the connection glitches (I do not trust this remotely at all) the mechanism to create heating schedules is diabolical. I have really tried but cannot make any sense of it. I now default to using the plug to turn this thing on and off
-- Nicknamehkkh, 2026-10-23

### *---- "Can’t set temperature"
You can’t set/change the temperature in comfort mode. We’re stuck at the default temperature, we’ve just spend north of £2000 on radiators that we can’t control the temperature
-- Cornish Ollie, 2026-10-23

### *---- "Lack of remote connectivity"
Terrible product, absolute nightmare to add radiators to app. And if you have a power cut or internet outage they simply won’t reconnect. You then have to repeat the whole process again 🤦‍♂️ And the worse thing is not knowing if they are on or off when using it remotely as there is no two feedback. Pick another manufacturer folks. Spent a lot of money on a product that does not work 🤯
-- BLL05, 2026-10-13

### *---- "This app is appalling"
A step backwards cannot connect to Rointe radiators which previously worked. Come sort out your connectivity issues. So much time wasted
-- Tomatin Firewood, 2026-05-25

### **--- "Works OK, but app could do with a major redesign"
I managed to get our Rointe radiators connected, but there are so many issues with the app it’s painful to use. Some of the issues are:
1. The boost function is no longer there. This was really useful if you just wanted 1 or 2 hours of heat. Now you have to turn the radiator to manual and select the Max Power option which leaves it in manual mode after the 1hr countdown! You have to remember to turn it back to auto - very annoying!
2. If you have a radiator with a time schedule already set and move it to a zone the zone programming doesn’t control that radiator, you have to delete all programming and start again.
3. Why can’t you edit the preprogrammed schedules? If you could edit them and rename them that would be really useful. You could have Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn schedules which would be very neat and useful.
4. It would be good to be able to rearrange the zones on the front screen.
5. Why can you only programme in full hour blocks? Why not have a time picker so you can programme multiple start and end times.

### ***** "So far so good"
I changed one of my towel rails under warranty, the new one wouldn’t work with the Connect app, which ha been great for the last 4 years, so I had to upgrade to the Nexa app.

The other radiators automatically transferred over & with a few button presses the new towel rail was on there too.

Like most of these apps you have to do a bit of tinkering to get it how you want it, but that is reasonably straightforward.

So far I am happy with the app.

My only minor niggle is the fact that I don’t seem to be able to change the order of the rooms, but if that is the only issue I have then its not the end of the world.
-- Collapsed, 2026-05-10

### ***** "Smooth setup and working well"
Adding my new Belize radiators was smooth and completely problem-free. The setup process was straightforward, the app connected without issues, and everything is working as expected. I can control the radiators easily from the app, which makes managing heating very convenient.
-- Vicsaik, 2026-04-24

### *---- "Oh dear"
Down loaded it, created an account and then was sent a 4 digit verification number which I entered… then. Wait for it… NOTHING! No place to press enter or continue. Absolute rubbish
-- Tjbelben, 2026-03-29

### *---- "Awful"
Now the app doesn’t even load my radiators. I’ve reinstalled and still
Doesn’t work
-- FEAF_DAVO, 2026-03-15

### ****- "The app has stopped loading"
There’s nothing straightforward about this app, there’s some amazing technology out there, but this definitely isn’t!
