PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP: I am attempting to *Record* or *Take Photo* of my INDOOR CAMERA SE footage and in order to do so the Roku Smart Home app needs Photo Access on my iPhone. Their message shows: Turn on access to your Photos to let the Roku Smart Home app save videos and photos to your album… I am shocked to find they require *Full Access* (which would give Roku access to the entire Photo Library collection on my device, 14,221 Photos and 628 videos to be exact) rather than just *Limited Access* (which allows Roku to add new pics/videos). Are they stealing and selling our data?!?! What’s going on, I will attempt to resolve this on social media.

Bad update, won’t load recordings, glitchy live stream. Bad
What is going on? I loved my camera and the app so much. I have a small Roku tv just for the camera, ever since the last update nothing is working at all. The live feed lags 2 or 3 solid minutes, I pay for the recording service and all of sudden it is t working either.
Since the last update, app is horrible, cameras freeze constantly. Sound is low no matter how loud your phone is. Return the cameras immediately and delete the app.
Camera quality is so bad now. The camera takes longer to load and start up the view l. I have absolutely no play back of recorded events - I only see the first frame of the event. Siren works well but I wouldn’t know when to use it considering the camera is so slow and I can not play back events to know if I have to use it or not! Hate this update, very disappointed. Logged out and logged back in (8/16) after the newest update and nothing has changed. I still can not see recordings and the camera takes a while to load to view live.
The cameras and the app don’t work consistently and tech support is slowwww.
This is a very sketchy service I’ve bought 6 cameras pay the monthly service and half the time they don’t detect or record It’s a ripoff
I get notifications every minute stating I have even logged out of my account, I seemed help fixing this and it just continues. I changed password, I deleted and reinstalled App, logged out a re-log in, and the problem just continues. Did the breach affected my acc and can I get further attention with my account.
