## Rollo Reviews in United States

### ***** "The best thing"
I’m so thankful to have found and purchased the Rollo, it’s made running my business so much easier than ever .
-- Deals so good, 2025-08-26

### ***** "Best shipping platform in USA"
Super friendly and easy usage and great pricing
-- Hatbox david, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Worst shipping platform"
Pricing is consistently short which then results in an adjustment and extra fee on my end. I know it’s the platforms fault for being short and not my own because I have uline boxes with the measurements listed AND I weigh (and usually input a higher weight) after the box is packed. Yet somehow nearly 1 out of every 10 packages is short changed. The printer consistently glitches as well, resulting in a 30-60 minute reboot. Support is useless. I couldn’t express more distaste for Rollo as a whole if I tried.
-- BriROSS, 2025-07-20

### *---- "support is non existent, app will ban your account"
Was banned for “fraud” because i wont connect it to a marketplace through their “connections” , already fought with them on it three months ago and was given the go ahead to continue;everything worked fine up until today when i was banned again with no warning and no option to contact support. Cannot see my ship history, cannot see packages in transit. Will be doing charge backs for all transactions over the last three years ( totaling over eight hundred dollars)
-- dmalc.27, 2025-07-19

### *---- "Connection issues, wrong box presets"
I used it for awhile. Sometimes it doesn’t print for days and just spins. Even worse if you use the preset box sizes for usps priority the presets are wrong. USPS will ship the box and then charge you more money later. It’s an app bug but Rollo refuses to cover or reimburse. Oh and if they charge your card without authorization and you dispute it they will disable your account. GoShippo.com is 1000x better for the label services.
-- RealAppUserOfRollo, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Avoid this company"
This app is so oddly touchy, like this business doesn’t know what they are doing. It will error out because of some glitch it is experiencing and then cancel your account because it believes you are being fraudulent when you are not. Then they will keep any funds you have in your account. Really strange business model these people have. Really comes off as they are being the frauds!
-- @idolfest//twitter, 2025-05-14

### ***** "Great Product!"
Couldn’t be happier with the ease and quality of printing labels. I use mainly for eBay which auto populates the address but also for other shipments. Makes taking to usps so easy and convenient. Must have if you’re shipping daily.
-- Wolverine4344, 2025-04-18

### **--- "So many hours wasted"
I’m on my 3rd computer, 1 Windows 10 and the other 2 brand new Windows 11 and have yet to get it to work. And I’m a software engineer!
-- Michael Czeizperger, 2025-04-11

### *---- "DOES NOT print labels"
Not what I thought it was. This is a service. I simply wanted to print mailing labels on my laser printer for letters to be sent with USPS. This is NOT for that!
-- TexasGrillChef, 2025-04-11

### **--- "Great concept but unfinished and un reliable"
Could be great, but I've never been so many small and not so small issues and an annoyances It's almost too many to list here. Logins are clunky. I had problems with payment the inventory system seems half baked the integration with eBay seems not complete. On and on.

Overall? It's just a pretty and expensive label printer. If they fix the ecosystem it could be worth it.
