I absolutely love Total War games, and since my pc isn’t working and the new one is still on the way, this game makes me feel like I’m playing on PC,even without it! My head can’t wrap around the fact that my phone( Iphone SE ) is stronger then the pc I’ve had 10 years ago.(Funny isn’t it.) And since I’ve not played barbarian invasion, I’m going to finally play trough it for the first time! Thx for this port. With this out of the way, let’s look at the port itself. So, the port quality is very well done, the battle micro was kinda hard and clunky at first but after an hour of fighting, it felt really natural, although I could use a bigger display, and that would certainly help with some of the little precise micro that you have to do. BUT! This problem is completely irrelevant, because of the stop/slow motion, whenever my Cav decides to rush into pikes for whatever reason, I can just stop the game and correct it. The campaign map controls were similar to the battles, once you get used to everything, it feels natural and smooth, with occasional problems with selecting units that are close to each other and cities. But again, on tablet this problem is probably non existent. Overall I’m impressed and pleased by the way it turned out. Now I can conquer empires whenever I feel like it, since offline games are just awesome! Going to buy Barbarian Invasion now that this is done. GL conquering the Rome!
