## Ronpon Reviews in United States

### *---- "Nunca tienen Nada"

### ***-- "How can I contact store for help?"
The app doesn’t provide an option in case I need to contact someone to modify an order.,

For example, if I want to place an order to be delivered to someone else, there’s no way to do that.
-- Enchanted isle, 2023-02-09

### ***-- "Needs to improve Service ASAP"
Ordered 2:44pm, says 60 mins or less. Arrived 4:24. Driver got sent to another direction somehow, which I can understand. But had I not called I would not know why order got delayed. Also, would love to know if there’s a way to specify or know if beer arrives cold or can be ordered cold. Not worth the convenience fee at the specific time I needed it. Looking forward to improvements to keep supporting local apps.

-- Noem07, 2022-03-12

### *---- "App sells cigarettes and alcohol to minors"
App sells cigarettes and alcohol to minors
-- robpringle, 2022-01-29

### *---- "Very very bad"
The groceries never arrived but the money was debited from my account and never returned.
-- ARVPR, 2021-10-15

### *---- "Review"
-- qeirtaf, 2021-07-16

### *---- "It’s not 24hrs"
It’s not 24hrs, PR app services lack of a lot of things
-- joelomar, 2021-07-13

Gracias Ronpon!!!!!!!!
