Easy to use and wonderful lay out!

The app is fairly easy to use. The only issue i have had is that it has not let me change my profile picture but besides that no issues. Simple for relief techs even the non techy ones. :)

Works great, my only problem is that when I click on a message notification I cannot get back to the main page unless I uninstall and reinstall the app. Website works great and I love the platform. I’ve made lots of connections!

It’s been two months now, multiple phone calls and emails and being spoken to rudely and still haven’t been paid for one shift. ONE SHIFT! Two months for payment? People use this app to get money quick. Twice they said they would deposit my money within three days. My bank had been verified twice but apparently not completely. Had to give a random person there my personal information including my banking information to try and have them do it (they said this way would be faster and easier) since nope, now coming up on another week after giving them my personal information to verify my bank and get paid. I worked one single shift two months ago and have not been paid. I have had multiple 0.01 cent deposits into my account and nothing verified?! I will never use this relief app ever again and will continue to tell my friends to stay away from it. If it is this hard for you to pay someone YOU have a problem not ME and my bank! FIX YOUR PAYMENT ISSUES!

Really well thought out. Easy to use. Quick compensation. Staff are always there to help. Very satisfied. Recommend to any veterinarian or tech looking to pick shifts.

Super annoying that you can’t adjust the setting to what alerts you want to receive and how you receive them. But you have to have the app to pick the shifts. Please fix.

What a great idea for an app and company! I found this app very convenient to use while on the road. I still prefer to use the website version as I can have my personal schedule open side by side while signing up for things, but this is great for double checking things. Overall have been very happy with my roo shifts and have gotten paid quickly and can easily ask for overtime payment and leave feedback if needed. Would recommend.

This is the best platform and the best app out there to find and book veterinary relief shifts. You can filter by date, day of week, type of shift, minimum pay and several other filters. You then scroll over map to find shifts No other relief services compare to Roo in terms of number of shifts and simplicity of finding and booking them.

Love how easy this app makes it to find relief shifts at fun hospitals in the LA area. Super easy to use and shows lots of opportunities to pickup shifts, even if I travel to Northern California. Super clever and the support team is helpful, too!
