When you only have a little left on a gift card the app glitches and won’t let you split a purchase between the gift card and a credit card on file. Kind of annoying

Rook is great but app not so much. Ordered at 105 pm. Said ready at 120 which seemed long. App never indicated it was ready til 140. Meanwhile went in at 115 and it had been sitting there. Password is also awkward to reset

I have lived across the country before returning back to the northeast and I enjoy finding great coffee wherever I am. Rook is my favorite of all time. It’s locally roasted, consistent pour, reliable flavor, and the limited run flavors are always seasonally appropriate, but not overpowering. So grateful to have Rook 5 mins from home now!

My husband and I and even my kids all love Rook coffee ! So smooth never bitter and definitely enough caffeine to get me through the day with just one cup.

This app doesn’t work pretty often. But when it is working it’s easy to work. It just automatically chooses the larger size unless you change it to the smaller one.
