### *---- "Unexpected charges after cancelling membership"
I’m very disappointed with my experience on roopahala. I forgot to cancel my membership, and when the system tried to charge my debit card, the payment failed because there were no funds in my bank account. Even after that, there was no clear option to remove my saved payment card, and the cancellation process was confusing and unclear. I cancelled the membership using account but yet i kept on being charged even though i cancelled. 

When i contacted via email, support, asked for help weeks ago, i wasnt given a reply on any platform and i wasnt reached to. No one assisted me even though i sent more than 3 emails to roopahala email support. 

It feels unsafe when a service keeps retrying charges without providing a proper way for users to manage their payment methods or stop future attempts. A platform should always make it easy to cancel a subscription and remove a card. 

I hope the team improves transparency, cancellation procedures, and user control over payment information. Or at the very least contact me and dispute charges.

Subscription was a waste as I can’t stream movies on TV browser. For Samsung TV with Tizen OS this is not working. Only trailers play movies are loading forever but nothing. Total Waste 😒
