Roseville Taxis

Don’t ever order this company if you want pickup from the airport, manage to get the date wrong, just totally unacceptable. When I ask to have a refund they said they will need to place a cancellation fee, when it was there fault entirely.

Had a really lovely driver on time as well which is good the car was lovely and clean and my taxi journey was comfortable and relaxed Will be using this taxi firm again ☺️

Firstly, please get an update on the postcode data, it’s old and doesn’t find new houses; I still have to use my neighbours address. Most of the drivers are excellent and the pricing is good, but occasionally they’ll accept a job and are 10 to 15 minutes away from you, that mean it can make you late for a train. I’ve also known drivers to accept jobs and then their vehicles not move on the tracking for 10 minutes sat on a side street.

More than one hour since I booked the taxi, and I missed the train with excuses about traffic and Christmas. Just checked the traffic and the A500 is in green towards the station. Not using this company ever again.

Can someone try and sort this app out, whenever I order a taxi I can’t track it or nothing even though it claims to have dispatched. It’s no good for people who can’t see if there taxi has turned up or not. Please get this sorted ASAP.

I use Roseville’s regularly , they are reliable and when my daughter left her iPhone in the taxi it was returned to us and delivered back to our house. Good service reliable and honest .

Booking a taxi it take mostly 30’. For got the phone on the car. It gone

I don't know who is lying the most, the app, the controller or the driver..... The driver put the postcode into the tom tom and IGNORED EVERY DIRECTION

Driver moaned about £10 fare quoted and drive like an idiot on a road that has already claimed the life of a number of people. Driver was over speed limit and on wrong side of road, very unhappy and will not be using service again. Disappointed as first journey was fantastic.
