Synchronisation always faulty

I have informed at many occasions the RB team about difficulties to get my roster synchronised automatically while being a customer for over 4 years. Since CAE bought it, the assistance team got worse and worse and answers email with a lot of delay. For a subscription of 25€/y I find this not acceptable. I found a better alternative called CrewConnect.

Wonderful when it works. Useless when it doesn’t

The synchronisation with iCloud for iCal doesn’t always work. Whennit does it’s amazing. When it doesn’t incredible frustrating.

Perfect crew roster app

I am using RosterBuster for a few years now and I am very happy with it. Perfect syncing of the roster with my and my partners calendar so that we know from each other were we are and what the latest changes are. It happened a few times over the year’s that the app wasn’t working how it should be but it was always fixed within 1 working day after sending them a quick message.

Money maker

In the past the price for a year subscription was 12,99€ now 23,99€ it is not justified, this year I have experienced a lot of problem with the app . they removed the life time subscription. shameful !

Very usefull

Rosterbuster is a very usefull and clear app for crews around the world! I love it’s very user friendly and clear (you can see your block hours etc.) also very easy for friends & family!

Nice Tool

RosterBuster is very user friendly. You can easily download your roster with your company credential, share it with your personal calendar and fiend or colleagues. On top of it, I can synchronize my flight logbook (logten pro). It’s at all in one application. It’s a must to have for crews...

Support

Using the app and service for a longer time now. Very happy with the service. In case of questions or problems very good and quick reaction from the email helpdesk.

Very good and useful app

I've been using rosterbuster for years and it's a very useful tool to manage and share your "flying life" as airline pilot. The post-sales Dept is very efficient if you encounter some snags. All good....

The most complete roster app on the AppStore

I use quite a few roster apps to share my schedule with friends and colleagues. But this one is by far the most complete, offering all the features in one convenient and user friendly app. The customer service is awesome, quick response and quick solutions to any bug or suggestion.
