Rotaready

Have to use for work, having to message 2-3 times because shifts won’t update even though I get notifications telling me about shift changes,

The app was great at first but after the newest update, it doesn’t tell me when a week’s rota has been published. It lets me know when it’s been changed but not when a new week’s rota’s been added

This app is so bad. It doesn’t let you fill in your availability for your workplace nor does it let you initiate shift swaps. Additionally, I am always experiencing issues with the messaging function which had resulted in several of my messages not being received by my colleagues. Would not recommend, definitely better options available.

On and off this app completely stops you logging in which is so frustrating as I now can’t see my upcoming rota and I can’t clock in or out. When it works it’s a great app but unfortunately this problem makes my life harder.

Constantly kicks you out of the main page and makes you log in a million times. It does this randomly and always catches me when I’m in a rush

Not working, tried to restore app ?? Nothing , all my work days are on the app , need it for my shifts !!

The app is crashing whenever trying to request time off

Limited to what you can do via the app - much better out there - avoid it

I work for a restaurant group and we’ve only very recently started using Rotaready. I wouldn’t normally review but Im so pleased with this. I’ve given 5 stars too cos before we got this, rotas we’re scribbled on a bit of paper, holidays not properly logged, etc. Now I can check out the rota in real time, see how much holiday I’ve got, see the hours I’ve actually worked (I worked overtime last Friday) and its all there. It’s pretty decent tbh

Tells me there has been a change to my shift but when I click on the notification it doesn’t update to the new shift. The old hours and times are still there. All in all it’s good just this issue with the app refreshing new notifications. Also has some issues with clock in and out.
