## ROTAREX DIMES Description
The application will allow you to always stay in control of your gas consumption at any given time. By connecting the Dimes Wave to any of the Rotarex smart valve app you can receive precise level information of your gas cylinder/tank. It will automatically guide you through a setup process to enter your specific application data (Cylinder, Tank, Camping etc.). 

During the setup you can add your GPS location, define your gas dealer and even setting automatic alarm levels to receive automatic notifications when you are running low on gas. You can add up to 15 different communication devices (cylinders/tanks) that can all be simultaneously be monitored on the HOME Screen. Adding new cylinders/tanks is as easy as hitting the ADD+ button and scan for new devices. The Rotarex smart valve app will come with a historical overview on your gas consumption, as well as clear indication of the last gas filling or when a new, full cylinder has been connected to your system. 

All Data will be stored in a Cloud Database, so your data will always be linked to your very own user name. For convenience you can allow your gas dealer to receive information about your gas level – allowing him to contact you in due time for a scheduled refill – making sure you will never run out of gas again. The Rotarex smart valve app will continued to get better with even more feature to come soon.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, wo gar nichts angezeigt wurde, lief die App jetzt zwischenzeitlich ganz gut. Nun ist sie heute zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von 14 Tagen abgestürzt. Das ist wirklich ärgerlich in der kalten Jahreszeit. Vielleicht kann der Entwickler Abhilfe schaffen.

### **--- "Umständliche Füllstandsberechnung"
Habe den Sensor an einem 100 Liter Tank montiert. Leider ist es nicht möglich mit Angabe der Tankgröße die verbleibende Literzahl zu ermitteln. Nach dem Tanken steht in der App voll. Verbraucht man ein wenig steht die Anzeige bei 80 Prozent. Um nun zu ermitteln wieviel Liter Gas im Tank sind muss ich die Tankgrösse ( 100 Liter ) durch 80Prozent teilen und mit dem angegebenen Füllstand Multiplizieren. Bei der Füllstandanzeige ist es doch unerheblich, dass der Tank nur zu 80 % befüllt werden kann. Entscheidend ist die Füllmenge und die verbleibende Restmenge.

zum Messgerät. App meldet kein Gerät gefunden mit Plus Gerät zufügen! Das funktioniert nicht! Muss jedes mal die App neu installieren, dann wird die Verbindung hergestellt! Nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder das gleiche Spiel.War früher nicht so!

Hallo seit einem halben Jahr nutze ich die diese Anzeige. Es wird immer 100 % Füllstand angezeigt. Selbst wenn die Flaschen leer sind. Bin nicht überzeugt von dem Produkt. War keine Gute Wahl. 🤷‍♂️

### **--- "Bluetooth Empfang"
Wir haben 2 Dimes Füllstandsensoren mit 11 Kg Gaslowflaschen im Wohnmobil. Ich hatte gehofft das die Sensoren mir einen genauen Verbrauch zuverlässig anzeigen. Zumal ich den Preis als sehr hoch empfinde. Nach nunmehr einigen Wochen im Einsatz, bin ich bitter enttäuscht. Der Bluetoothempfang ist extrem schlecht. Selbst wenn man das Handy in unmittelbarer Nähe hält, wird gerade mal „Mittel“ angezeigt. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht.

Im Grafikmodus wird seit dem Kauf im Januar, jetzt ist August, nichts angezeigt. Das Füllen der beiden Tankflaschen wird oft nicht erkannt. Die Füllstandsanzeige verharrt sehr lange auf voll und stürzt dann regelrecht innerhalb weniger Tage auf leer ab. Ein Stecker ist von Beginn an locker und fällt bisweilen vom Sensor herunter. Der Verkäufer zeigt sich wenig kooperativ. Alles in allem, gut gedacht, schlecht gemacht, für viel Geld. Ich erwäge die Rückabwicklung.

### *---- "Bluetooth extrem schlecht"
Haben die Anlage vom Fachmann einbauen lassen. Nach 3x tanken funktioniert es immer noch nicht! Eine Flasche war komplett leer und wurde als voll angezeigt. Bluetooth ist so schlecht, selbst wenn man direkt davor steht oder auch im Wohnmobil ist.
Kundenservice von Dimes meldet sich auch nicht zurück. Sehr enttäuscht vom Service und dem Produkt, vor allem bei dem Preis !!!

### *---- "Unzuverlässige Anzeige"
Bei Verwendung in einer im Wohnmobil üblichen zwei Flaschenanlage gibt es fehlerhafte Informationen. Beide Displays zeigen annähernd den gleichen Wert an. Ist die erste Flasche dann leer, wird die zweite Flasche auch „leer“ gemeldet.

Wenn von zwei Flaschen eine leer ist, wird die zweite auch leer angezeigt. Da ich es dann besser weiß, aktualisiere ich und starte so oft neu, bis das Ergebnis/die Anzeige passt. Wenn ich nach der App ginge, müsste ich doppelt so oft nachfüllen. Das ist aber sicher nicht Sinn der Sache…
